Pages belonging to the category Approved are officially approved documents. The organisation and the user community should behave according to their content. They are monitored by the moderators and administrators.

• Draft are pages that contain work-in-progress. After a close review they can be moved to Approved
• When their content becomes irrelevant, they can be moved to Obsolete, or Expired in order to document historical changes.
