Legal obligations are required yearly.
Legal list[edit]
For the government timing is strict and important. When not compliant: fines and headaches.
Before end of March:
- Successierechten (in principe een nul-aangifte indien < 25.000 € bezittingen)
Before end of June: paper documents via the post to/from the Commercial Tribunal (include a return envelope)
- Jaarrekening: you need the stamped version from the Commercial Tribunal for the rechtspersonenbelasting
- Staatsblad: you need the stamped version from the Commercial Tribunal for the UBO update
- KBO update: paper declaration
Before end of July: electronic via e-ID
- KBO update: download PDF with the current situation (you might need it for bank, insurance, other instances)
- UBO update: synchronise with KBO; even when no changes you must perform a mandatory yearly confirmation
- Rechtspersonenbelasting via BIZTAX (in principe een nul-aangifte); vzw's betalen in principe geen belastingen
