Marketing communication is important to have a clear, consistent, and effective communication.

How people are reading[edit]

  • The first paragraph of a message is the most important, next to the title
  • Not all people are reading the full article/message
  • Once you loose people's attention, the rest of the message is lost

Structure of a good message[edit]

  • title
  • header / eye catcher (logo)
  • first: the conclusion = what
  • then: who, when, why, how, whom, consequences, background, environment, risks
  • image, video, presentation
  • footer, disclaimers
