Wikimedia support

It is often unclear where you can get support for Wikimedia applications.

Sometimes there is a button in the application. Sometimes not. Sometimes you can find support in the Project or Help namespace. Sometimes there is a mail list server. Sometimes there are Talk pages. Sometimes you simply don't know.

Frequently the non-standard applications are supported by volunteers with limited resources. This can lead to longterm unsolved problems.

Sometimes you have to rely on Google Search.
