Revert edit and Wikimedia policy in term of transparency and edit power.

Hello MADe, Hello members.

Thanks MADe, to revert my edit if you thing what I transfered subpages created by you have to stay on this pages, it's ok for me.

But why do you revert this one ?

I don't understand why Wikimedia Belgium members have to contact Derek and you if we want to add points to the agenda of the General Assembly ? (information received by email)

This concern a very important point of discus that I already start it on MeteWiki with an article named : Wiki En ligne - Wiki Hors ligne .

We are using money only from donation, and we ask for money on this wiki main page. So in my point of view, we have to be transparent and showing what we do with this money.

Also because we are Wikipedian before became Wikimedian, my point of view is also to leave people, at least all members, freely participate on decisions and organization of our association, including by adding freely relevant points to the agenda of the General Assembly.

I hope to receive reaction from the community for this post. This is for me an very important topic. If we start discussion here, we will save time and bring clearest and relevant questions to our General Assembly.
