The Ministry of Finance is managing all fiscal registrations for enterprises (and organisations).

Most of the administration can be done electronically. But certain declarations (board members, jaarrekening) has to be done up to 3 times.

For simple non-profit organisations, the following list can be used:

• BIZTAX (income taxes)
• E-DEPO (savings account via the government)
• UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner)
