Grafana
Grafana is a tool to visually monitor the Wikimedia server load. You get an overview of the server load for the different applications, and immediately see if there is a general problem.
Usage
[edit]- When using Pywikibot, and you get Maxlag timeout messages, you can monitor the Wikidata Maxlag transaction delay, to see when you could resume running your scripts.

- Disable manually
- Maximum retries attempted due to maxlag without success
- Temporary technical problems at Wikidata; no items are updated/created
- Retry later, after the edits are resumed
