The General Support Fund is part of the Wikimedia Community Fund.
The cycle depends on the continent. For Europe the grants should be requested before the end of November.
It is managed via the Fluxx system.
Affiliates needs to input all details about their organisation, their plans, their members/volunteers, their strategy, partnerships, collaborations, and budget details.
The WMF Foundation evaluates the request, and decides about its implementation.
