Leaflets about the sessions

The writing weeks are two weeks in Spring 2017 where people are asked to especially write articles about the Brussels Capital Region.

Purpose[edit]

Have more articles written about the Brussels Capital Region on multiple Wikipedias so we have a better representation of Brussels on Wikipedia in multiple languages.

History and background[edit]

On the Dutch Wikipedia multiple writing weeks about countries, local regions, and themes have been organised since December 2013. These writing weeks are very successful. With this project the writing weeks go broader, on multiple Wikipedias, also because Brussels is multilingual. In 2016 we organised the first edition of the Brussels writing weeks (info).

In 2018 we organised the writing weeks about the German-speaking Community 2018.
