Volunteer Response Team
The Volunteer Response Team (VRT) is the volunteers that manage an answer diverse tickets and questions. The VRTS system, backed by OTRS (short for Open-source Ticket Request System) is a central system used by the Wikimedia Foundation to handle and archive all the e-mail traffic of Wikimedia e-mail addresses. All e-mails received by the OTRS are viewed and handled by a trusted group of volunteers to secure the quality of the answers given. Wikimedia Belgium has also an e-mail address where we can receive e-mails.
