KBS-FRB Fundraising

KBS-FRB fundraising can be done in two different ways:

1. Generic project support (one single project; less bureaucracy, but potentially less funding)
2. Funds Friends of (multiple projects, more administration, more risk and uncertainty, but potential more funding)

The first solution builds upon the general framework of the KBS-FRB projects, has less headaches, but potentially provides you with less budget. Fundraising is done via the general website of KBS-FRB.

For the second one you need a group of philanthropists that manage your own fund. Constraints: you need to bring in a one-time fee of 1.000 €, and need to guarantee that the public would contribute 10.000 € to your fund every year (5% deduction for KBS-FRB administration costs), and requires a management committee. Plus you need to run your own fundraising campaigns.
