BOSA e-procurement

BOSA e-procurement is a system managed by the federal government allowing to process public tenders.

The system is part of the BOSA platform.

Roles

Advantages

• Alignment with European rules
• Transparancy
• Identifcation (persons, parties, documents)
• Electronic signatures

Known problems

• People have to create a user account with a password; at the end the proposal has to be signed with the eID (only eID should have been sufficient)
• A separate browser module (BeIDConnect) needs to be installed to sign with eID (different from the eID driver)
