Yearly grant/Settlement

After the financial reporting of the grant, any unspent budget must be returned to the Wikimedia Foundation.

Caveat:

• Make the bank transfer in € to avoid additional bank costs

Note:

• In the past small under spending could be rolled forward to the next year
