The project Wikify het Theaterfestival! is a project with writing sessions and a photo session that took place during the TheaterFestival of 2017.

Purpose

The project Wikify het Theaterfestival! was organised to have the theatre world in Belgium better described and in picture on Wikipedia. For that purpose ten writing sessions were organised, and one photography session to picture the famous Belgians of the theatre world.

History and background

Het TheaterFestival is organised every year since 1987 in Antwerp or Brussels, to show at the end of the Summer holiday the best shows of the past theatre season. On Wikipedia theatre is less well described, and to solve this gap multiple activities are organised, including this writing and photography event.
