Hello, I'm already in contact with wikimedi CH and FR Chapters and I already made my deposit to be member of each one and by the way to have access to there members wiki and see how goes there organization and strategy. May be other member of Wikimedia BE can make the same with chatper of wikimedia DE or NL or even an other country. It just depend of the ability to communique with them.
