Simple APG grant reporting consists of the Midpoint report and the Final report.
You can create it as a section of your sAPG request.
You add also a financial overview, using the same structure as the Budget and resource plan.
Both reports have the same structure as your request.
You can send it to simple
wikimedia.org.
Then it is evaluated, and discussed with the grant review team.
