European Single Procurement Document

The European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) is a mandatory form, as a prerequisite to deliver services to public contracting authorities like e.g. IFPC.

In general the goal is to avoid legal, fiscal, and contractual risks.

Platform

The form is based on the UEA-service of the European Commission. It can be adapted to the legislation of any European country.

Procedure

1. Fill in the complete document via the URL below (a lot of questions need to be answered).
2. Download the PDF and the XML documents.
3. e-Sign the PDF document.
4. Send those documents to the contracting authority.

Authentication

No authentication is required. The downloaded PDF must be signed via the eID.
