Duolingo is a popular App to learn languages. Very convenient, and easy to use.

[edit]There is an App, but you very easily use a browser. Configure your browser in a small window, to limit mouse movements.
You can use the App with a smartphone whenever you have 5' time. You can better use ear pods when you are in a public space.
